Hi! Thank you for being here. I am truly so honored that you decided to share your pregnancy journey with me. For those of you who don’t know me, I am a mom of two very sweet (and very active) boys and chiropractic physician in Ohio. I am the owner of Cleveland Chiropractic and Integrative Health Center. I created this space because I often have many patients asking the same questions and while I am honored to answer them during appointments, I also recognize that it is a question that so many pregnant women have and I want to be able to provide more detailed information for those women and other women who are not local to Cleveland.

Each month a new module will be released. The structure of the module will be different depending on the topic, but it will include a video lesson, PDF PowerPoint download to accompany the lesson, 8 home workouts, supplemental down, and resource list.

Please keep in mind as you work through these modules that they are general recommendations and should not replace any professional medical advice.

Tips for working through the modules: depending on where you are at on your pregnancy journey, you will find working through different modules more beneficial at different times. There is no right or wrong way to work through the modules. Before you begin, take a look at the module overview and see what module feels like a good place to start.
